"Markets consist of buyers, and buyers differ in one or more ways. They may differ in their wants, resources, locations, buying attitudes, and buying practices."(Kotler, Marketing An Introduction, ch. 6 pg. 167) The buying practices of people with hands will greatly differ from those people who don't have hands or cant use their hands. for example people with hands wont need to practice doing simple things such as opening a can or opening a meat package. Also people with no use of their hands will need special cooking utensils, such a toe knives and ankle blenders. With the cook book Eating With Your Face, Cooking With Your Sole you can recieve a list of different cooking utensils for the feet. so of course people who have no hands will have different wants and resources, along with different buying practices.

"A person has many needs at any given time. Some are biological, arising from states of tension such as hunger, thirst, or discomfort." (Kotler, Marketing An Introduction, ch.5 pg 142) So with the Eating With Your Face, Cooking With Your Sole cook book people with the lose of their hands can now cook without having starve because they cant cook. Also then there is no need to wait for someone to cook for them. Along with teaching people how to cook with their feet it also make its more comfortable. Since the cook book as diverse recipes from sloppy joes to chicken alfredo it can meet the different needs in cultural cooking from one individual to another.

While it is important for a marketing team to have a solid grasp of the entire consumer spectrum from cultural differences to social class. Eating With Your Face, Cooking With Your Sole cook book differs from the beaten path by targeting a specific demographic that is not particularly effected by social class or cultural divide. "Cultural factors exert a broad and deep influence on consumer behavior. the marketer needs to understand the role played by the buyer's culture, subculture, and social class."(Kotler, Marketing An Introduction, ch. 5 pg. 131)

"consumers may also have been taken in by previous "research surveys" that actually turned out to be attempts to sell them something."(Kotler, Marketing An Introduction, ch.4 pg. 123) As the advertising industry evolves, a more cut throat approach has been created by researchers to target new and more specific demographics. in result many consumers have been left with a bad taste in their mouth. Many of the innocent market research forums of the past have become nothing more then a glorified infomercial. it is important for researchers to get back to basics when studing for Eating with your face, cooking with your soles in order to begin to regain the trust of a leary new generation of consumer.

it would be almost impossibly for researchers to create a succesful marketing campaign for Eating With Your Face, Cooking With Your Soles. some ooks are culturaly specific and some are not. unfortunately Eating With Your Face, Cooking With Your Soles is in a literary format that does not translate well across country or cutural lines. "Cultural differences from country to country cause additional problems for international researchers."(Kotler, Marketing An Introduction, ch. 4 pg. 121)
